Registration Fee

After registration, you will receive an email with a link and a password to access your personal registration details.
In case you haven’t received the email, please check your spam box.

If you need an invoice in order to proceed with the payment of your fees, after registering, please email spf@spf.pt indicating your order/purchase number/code and any other data you would like to be included in the invoice (it will be also possible to issue invoices for the simultaneous payment of several registrations).

If you have any requests, or give any information, about your registration, submission, or participation at the conference please email us at contact@aop2024.org.

The deadline for early registration at reduced rates is until June 23 at 23:59 GMT (if you would like to pay your early fees by bank transfer please mind that the payment must be fully completed before June 23 in order to take advantage of early fees). The amount to be paid is set at registration time: for instance for a “non-member regular” the fee will be of 440€ if the registration is made at the website by June 23 at 23:59 GMT, but it will be of 590€ if the registration is done after June 23 and until July 8). After July 8 onsite rates apply.

* to members of the endorsing Optics societies a fee reduction is offered (SPOF, RIAO, SEDOPTICA, SPF, SPIE, EOS, OSA, AMO, OPSS, CVO, SCO, STO, SECPho, SOFE, SFO, OE, and others to be added)

• Full registration (as member, invited or non-member, or student) includes:
  Proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, reception, social events and conference dinner. (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Light Student registration includes: 
  Proceedings, lunches , coffee breaks, reception and social events (conference dinner not included). (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Accompanying person registration includes:
  Reception, social events and conference dinner.
