The period for abstract submission is ended, the abstract reviewing is terminated and all authors were informed on the acceptance results. With the revision process completed and the program of the conference issued, authors may now (it’s not mandatory) submit full papers of theirs works to the Special Issues of the journals JEOS-RP, Sensors, Photonics, Applied Sciences or Micromachines, or to the proceedings book of the conference to be published at EPJ Web of Conferences by EDP Sciences.
In order to submit full manuscripts to be included in the proceedings book (after undergoing the peer-review and revision process), please email us to contact@aop2024.org (cc: president@optica.pt) by July 31 (23:59 GMT), your correctly formatted manuscript in Word format, with a minimum of 4 pages length, A4 page size (please check the rules and use the template -Word A4- here: https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors#anchor_Instructions-for-authors). Please begin the name of the Word file of your paper with the id number of your work.
Please check below the details if you prefer to submit your full manuscript(s) to any of the conference’ Special Issues of our quality partner journals: Journal of the European Optical Society-Rapid Publications, Sensors, Photonics, Applied Sciences or Micromachines.
1. Manuscript Submission to the Journal of the European Optical Society-Rapid Publications (JEOS - https://jeos.edpsciences.org/). JEOS-RP is an open access journal scientifically managed by EOS in cooperation with SPOF.
In addition to the proceedings book, the authors have an excellent opportunity to reach an even wider audience, through publishing extended versions of their manuscripts in the special Issue of JEOS-RP for AOP2024 conference.
